Carson’s Engine Shop is FAA-approved for the complete overhaul, light overhaul and repair of the General Electric CT58-140 Series and the T58-GE-402 Engines. Our engine shop has the required experience, capability and equipment to provide total in-house services. We are equipped to perform test cell runs and completing both the functional and performance requirements that are necessary to return an engine to service. Additionally, we perform the balance of the Compressor Rotor, Turbine Rotor, PT Rotor and Input Drive Shafts. Our equipment includes a Jetcal Analyzer, Delta P Tester, Vacuum and Pressure Testing, Lapping Machine and miscellaneous cleaning tanks and tumblers.
